Lorenzo has extensive experience in several areas of tax law. He primarily focuses on the structuring and tax planning of extraordinary transactions, both domestic and cross-border, in the real estate and private equity sectors, including in connection with management incentive plans. Lorenzo also provides ongoing assistance to start-ups, innovative SMEs and pension funds on tax-related matters.
Lorenzo is the author of numerous publications in leading Italian and international specialised reviews, speaker at tax law conferences, and lecturer in Tax Law at the First Level Master’s programme in “Business Law and Accounting Professions” at the University of Teramo.
