Giuseppe Marzano focuses his practice on industrial and intellectual property law, with particular expertise in trademarks, patents, designs, know-how and confidential information, domain names, and unfair competition. He also advises on issues relating to the liability of online service providers, software, and copyright, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Giuseppe completed a secondment at Dsquared2 S.p.A., where he worked on drafting and negotiating licence agreements and a broad range of commercial contracts, including distribution, manufacturing, styling consultancy, franchising, sponsorship, and influencer marketing agreements. He also assisted the global management of the group’s IP portfolio and handled litigation in the field of industrial and intellectual property law.
He graduated in Law in 2019 with honours and an academic distinction for his overall academic performance, with a thesis on trademark protection in the digital marketplace. Giuseppe has been admitted to the Italian Bar since 2022.
