Giovanni Scirocco has about a 20-year experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors as well as in banking and finance transactions. He gained a huge expertise in complex project financing structures both in infrastructures (highways, airports, light rail transport, local public transport systems, car parks and hospitals) and in renewables energy sectors (wind, photovoltaic, biomass, waste-to-energy and CCGT plants) as well as conventional gas-fired and cogeneration plants and energy transport infrastructure.

Giovanni regularly assists leading domestic and international players, investment banks and financial institutions in all phases that characterize these transactions (project development and acquisition, participation in tenders, due diligence activities, drafting and negotiations of joint-venture and co-development agreements, project contracts and finance documents), combining specific expertise also in M&A, regulatory, public and administrative law.

Furthermore, Giovanni has acquired a strong experience in complex financing and refinancing structures as well as in acquisition and real estate financings, with particular focus on real estate transactions involving construction phase, also in the hospitality sector.
