Francesco Masullo has developed experience across multiple areas of tax law. In particular, he advises Italian and international corporate groups on corporate taxation, international taxation, financial taxation, as well as on the tax aspects of corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions. He also assists companies and individuals in the course of tax audits, inspections and assessments carried out by the Tax Authorities, in pre-litigation settlement proceedings and in litigation before the Italian Tax Courts.
