Federico Aquilanti has extensive experience in all areas of tax law, with particular focus on M&A, distressed M&A, turnaround/restructuring, private equity, venture capital, investment fund structures and management incentive plan.

He is involved in domestic and cross border reorganizations, estate and international tax planning, and securitization transactions. He has a significant experience in respect of tax aspects of shipping sector. He also assists clients in their relationship with the tax authorities (e.g., tax audit, tax ruling).

He is author of several articles in tax matters.

He has been invited as an expert and teacher in post-graduate master courses and in many seminars.
