Antonino De Sebastiano focuses on project finance, with reference to the energy & infrastructure sector.

Specifically, he regularly assists banks and financial institutions (in Italy or abroad) as well as sponsors and borrowers in the structuring and negotiation of financial transactions in any technical form and for any purpose (non-recourse project finance, acquisition finance, corporate finance, financing secured by SACE guarantee, project bond, etc.) in the sector of renewable energy, utilities (including gas and integrated water service)and  infrastructures (hospital, port, transport infrastructures, etc.).

He developed a significative experience in the drafting and negotiation of project contracts (EPC, O&M, PPA, etc.) and in acquisition of companies operating in the abovementioned sectors.
