Alfredo Fabbricatore advises national and international clients, including major commercial banks, Italian and European financial institutions (such as Cdp and EIB) and corporate sponsors in limited or no recourse project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Alfredo has deep experience in the development, construction and financing of large scale renewable projects and advises clients in strategic Italian public-private partnerships (PPP) working on the structuring, contract negotiation and execution of such transactions. He also advises on structures involving project bonds and sovereign debt finance for international climate-related projects.

Alfredo regularly acts for borrowers and lenders on acquisition, financing  and refinancing of renewables projects and in high-profile corporate lending transactions, including sustainability-linked financings.

He has also advised Europe’s leading gas company in the development of the Italian natural gas distribution network for transport (CNG and LNG).
