Alberto Tedeschi focuses on administrative and regulatory matters relating to the development and operation of energy and natural resources projects. His work encompasses renewable energy assets — including solar, onshore and offshore wind, biogas, biomethane, and energy storage systems — as well as gas and other natural sources. He regularly advises national and international companies, financial institutions, and investment funds on project development, acquisitions, financing and disposals, due diligence activities, permitting processes, grid connection matters, land‑use and environmental constraints, and incentive schemes. He has also developed experience in the energy markets and in energy‑related international arbitrations.
