Assistance with authorisation procedures for banks and non-bank intermediaries, including authorisations for reserved activities, acquisitions of qualifying holdings, capital increases, mergers, demergers, and other extraordinary transactions. We also manage relations with supervisory authorities.
Assistance during inspections and sanction proceedings involving banks and other regulated entities.
Assistance in to the field of financial markets, with a focus on investment services, investment solicitation activities, and off-premises offerings of financial instruments.
Assistance in relation to capital requirements for banks and other intermediaries, and the design of capital strengthening and funding strategies, including in crisis situations.
Assistance with regulatory aspects relating to M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, and bancassurance activities.
Ongoing assistance to all regulated intermediaries on matters of governance, internal control systems, remuneration and incentive policies and practices. This includes drafting opinions, internal policies and procedures, and innovative contract templates.
Support on matters relating to transparency in banking, financial, and investment transactions and services, and fairness in relation between intermediaries and clients.
Assistance on anti-money laundering compliance, covering both organisational frameworks and the implementation of innovative due diligence procedures, including digital tools.
