Governance 4 change lab

The collaboration between Legance and ISF – Innovation, Strategy and Family Business, with the contribution of the Chair of Strategy and Family Business, has resulted in the creation of “Governance 4 Change Lab,” a joint project dedicated to family businesses.

The initiative focuses on key issues such as governance, leadership models, generational transition, and the new challenges facing family businesses today.

The observatory was created as a meeting place for research and practical experience: case studies, white papers, and, above all, direct accounts from companies become tools for dialogue and mutual discussion. The feedback gathered is transformed into shared knowledge and opportunities for growth, generating practical support and new opportunities for debate and innovation.

An open, dynamic, and constantly evolving journey, designed to connect both the academic and business worlds, with the aim of building new prospects for the future of family businesses together.
