Paolo Ronca has extensive experience in several areas of tax law. He focuses on the structuring of M&A and private equity transactions, including in relation to management incentive plans. He regularly assists corporate groups in respect of domestic and international tax aspects. Paolo is the author of numerous publications in Italian and international tax journals, a speaker at tax conferences, and a member of the Legal & Tax Commission of AIFI (Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association).
