In particular, she advises Italian and foreign clients on the tax planning of domestic and cross-border reorganization transactions and on the structuring of incentive plans for managers and employees. She is also involved in M&A and private equity transactions as well as in the analysis of specific tax matters, mainly related to companies operating in the telecommunications, infrastructure and luxury industries.
