In particular, she regularly assists sponsors, project companies and credit institutions (both national and international) in structuring and negotiating financing transactions in all technical forms and for all purposes (non-recourse project finance, acquisition finance, SACE-backed financing, project bonds, etc.) in the renewable energy sectors.

She also provides advice on corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in the energy sector.
