Elena Gangal focuses on M&A, corporate matters and project financing, with a particular emphasis on the energy, oil & gas, and natural resources sectors. She has also gained experience in commercial contracting and general corporate counseling, advising both Italian and international companies as well as private equity funds.

She is involved in all phases of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including due diligence activities, drafting and negotiation of acquisition, merger, joint venture, investment and shareholders’ agreements, corporate contributions and other ancillary agreements.
