Paolo Arena focuses on banking and structured finance. He is involved in acquisition and corporate finance, providing assistance to both lenders and borrowers. He is also involved, on one hand, in a wide range of structured finance transactions, including securitisations of “performing loans”, “unlikely-to-pay loans” and “non-performing loans”, and, on the other hand, in disposals of UtP and NPL loans portfolios, assisting in such context both sellers and purchasers.

He has also gained experience in Debt Capital Markets operations, mainly with regard to the update and establishment of Euro/Global MTN Programmes.
