With reference to TLC services and networks, she supports clients in a variety of legal matters relating also to infrastructural aspects, contracts and consumer relations.

After having acquired an initial experience also in the field of privacy, Margherita is currently involved in proceedings before independent administrative authorities, judgments before administrative Courts, Golden power proceedings, as well as in the management of TMT aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
