Ivano Siniscalchi specialises in Public and Administrative Law with a focus on Public Contract and Public Service Law and mainly deals with judicial proceeding before, EU jurisdictions (European Court of Justice), and, at national level, in proceedings before ordinary and administrative courts, Regulatory and Supervisory authorities (including Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti Ambiente) in the field of administrative law, energy and infrastructure, assisting national and foreign clients.

He deals with project finance operations, assisting clients (both borrower and lender side), in the field of renewable energy and infrastructure.
