Ilaria Stassano focuses on Italian and International corporate and commercial law. She is mainly involved in advising international corporate clients in domestic and cross-border M&A operations with a special focus on inbound acquisition in Italy from the DACH area and North Europe. Ilaria is admitted to practice law in Italy and Spain and is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
