Alice Villari is specialised in environmental and administrative law. During her career, she has dealt with environmental law issues concerning, inter alia, environmental authorisations (IPPCs, air emission authorisations, wastewater authorisations), waste management systems, remediation procedures, procedures for the removal of materials containing asbestos, contamination of soils and water, as well as compliance with specific regulation (e.g. REACH, Legislative Decree no. 334/1999). She also advises many national and international companies with reference to administrative law matters, including urban planning and building aspects, commercial authorisations and other permits necessary to carry out specific activities. Alice also has acquired extensive experience in the energy field, carrying out legal due diligence activities in relation to numerous energy projects concerning both fossil fuels (gas and hydrocarbons) and renewable sources (wind farms, hydroelectric stations, photovoltaic and biomass plants). Furthermore, she deals with health and safety law in the field of consultancy and due diligence activities, particularly with reference to profiles of responsibilities, drafting organisation charts and drafting of delegations and power of attorneys. Her skills on environmental and health and safety law are integrated in the field of drafting special parts, protocols and procedures of Model 231. Moreover, Alice provides assistance and consultancy in food and agri-food law.
