Alessandro Amoroso is active in the fields of data protection and on matters concerning the application of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016. In particular, he has deepened the relationship between law and technology as well as the field of e-commerce, communications and media. He has also dealt with general issues of contract law and intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, copyright). In addition, he has gained experience in the drafting of defensive acts in the areas of civil law as well as in procurements, banking law and contract law. Alessandro graduated from the Università degli Studi di Palermo with a degree thesis entitled “I contratti della sharing economy – il peer-to-peer business model e le sue implicazioni giuridiche” and subsequently graduated in a Master’s degree, LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology, from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.
