Alberto Maggi has over thirty years’ experience assisting listed and unlisted companies, as well as Italian and foreign managers operating in the most diverse industrial, commercial and service sectors, ranging from metal-mechanic, food and textile to chemical, pharmaceutical, health care, IT, media and entertainment, fashion, sport, transport, distribution, banking, finance and non-profit. Alberto has gained invaluable expertise in labour and industrial relations law, providing advice in relation to company groups, reorganisation processes, transfers of business, top management and executive employment contracts and the relevant compensation instruments, and contracts regarding operators in the arts sector. Alberto also has renowned expertise in labour and industrial relations litigation. He regularly assists companies and managers in relation to issues arising out of non-compete covenants and is also qualified to represent clients before the Italian Supreme Court.
